1) Check for a newer version
Usually, bugs are fixed in newer releases of an application, try checking If there is a new version avalabile on the website
2) Uninstall and re-install the application
Try uninstalling the application from Control Panel or the Windows Settings
Does the app not appear in any of those and yet It's still installed? To to the install directory of the application and run Uninstall.exe if It's present
Can you not find the install location of the app? Try right-clicking on the shortcut of the app and press "Open File Location", this may lead you to another shortcut in the Start Menu Folder, do the same for that one if that's the case
3) Delete app data
Normally in an ideal scenario, the uninstaller also removes the program data, but It's possible under certain unforseen sitoations for this not to be visible. The app data is usually in one of these locations:

4) Missing DLLs
If you get an missing DLL error, It's best to contact support for further assistance. But you can also research about the missing DLL yourself and try to find If It's part of a certain redistributable package which needs to be installed.
5) Installation location
If you are trying to find the installation directory of an app, It's most likely in one of the following folders:
